What is a pre-order?

A pre-order item is available for purchase before it ships. This allows you to reserve your item now.

When will my pre-order item ship?

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of placing the order, then delivered within 6 to 10 business days.

Can I return an item?

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Can I get a refund?

In the event of withdrawal within the legal period, you will be refunded the full amount paid (item + initial shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your request.

Can an item be exchanged?

Exchanges are not offered directly. You can return your item within the legal period and place a new order.
